The Opportunity

This role offers a blend of core accounting responsibilities and operational exposure, giving you a seat at the table beyond just the numbers. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy while supporting process improvements as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including maintaining accurate financial records
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support leadership decision-making
• Own and maintain Quick Books entries and reporting integrity
• Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
• Support month-end close activities and ongoing financial organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and efficiency
• Serve as a point of contact for occasional inbound customer inquiries
