LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected Fortune 100 organization to identify an Accounting Specialist for its corporate accounting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a large, stable organization known for investing in employee development and internal growth. The team is seeking an individual who wants ownership, enjoys learning new areas of accounting, and is motivated to grow into a senior accounting contributor over time.

- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Analyze account activity and investigate variances
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other internal stakeholders
- Assist with financial reporting and audit support activities
- Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Research accounting matters and support implementation of accounting policies
- Contribute to internal controls and compliance-related activities
- Take ownership of assigned accounting processes and develop subject matter expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Approximately 2-4 years of accounting experience
- CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification
- Public accounting experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
