We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accountant with a background in Real Estate or Property to join our thriving Real Estate Development firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices, keen analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills. This role is perfect for those who are experienced in Sage 300, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and Payroll.

• Oversee and manage the entire financial operations of the company's real estate portfolio.
• Use Sage 300 for various accounting tasks including A/R, A/P, and payroll.
• Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and create strategies to reduce financial risks.
• Work closely with the management to develop financial strategies and make key decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve financial efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations based on company performance and market trends.
• Manage tax planning and compliance with all necessary tax filings.
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
• Proficient in Sage 300, with a strong understanding of A/R, A/P, and payroll processes.
• Excellent mathematical skills and an understanding of data privacy standards.
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong proficiency in analyzing financial data and generating insightful reports.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems promptly.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
