We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to serve as the primary growth engine for the NACHC Select Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Corporate Membership. This is a role specifically designed to expand our preferred vendor portfolio. Success in this role is defined by the ability to mine existing contact data and convert prospects into partners using our streamlined, standard contracting process.

The transition from temp to a permanent full-time position is contingent upon the successful onboarding of 6 new companies as preferred vendors under the NACHC Select program.
Key Responsibilities- Review NACHC’s existing database, corporate member list, and exhibitor list to identify and qualify high-conversation opportunities.
- Conduct targeted outreach to current contacts to demonstrate the value added of NACHC Select and Corporate Membership.
- Manage the process from initial cold/warm call through to the execution of the standard vendor agreement, the onboarding of the new company, the development of the marketing plan, and working with Marketing to ensure that the plan is being executed.
- Work in close partnership with the NACHC Select Specialist to prioritize lead lists, refine data entry, and ensure a seamless handoff from research to active solicitation.
- Maintain an accurate and “live” pipeline of activities, providing weekly updates on progress toward the 6‑company goal.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, vendor needs, and competitive intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, focusing on Business or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (experience in technology, healthcare, or GPO organizations preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools; experience with iMIS is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high‑value deals.
- Works effectively (prioritizes, multitasks, delivers on time) with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Salary: $66,000 - $88,000
