At Surface Experts of Bethesda, we’re building a small, fast‑growing service business that helps apartment communities repair damage to things like countertops, cabinets, tubs, and floors—without replacing them.
This role is not a call‑center sales job. You’ll be out in the field building relationships with property managers, learning how service businesses grow, and seeing how sales, operations, and customer service work together.
Think of it as a paid apprenticeship in business development.

What the Job Looks LikeEach day you will visit 12–15 apartment communities in Montgomery County and introduce our repair services to maintenance managers.
Your goal is to:
- Build relationships with property managers and maintenance teams
- Walk vacant units to identify repair opportunities
- Schedule repairs for our technician team
- Follow up with customers and ensure great service
You’ll spend most of your day out meeting people, not sitting behind a desk.
