The Program Analyst serves as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO), providing analytical, operational, and administrative support for a federal Background Investigations contract. This position supports program leadership through data analysis, performance monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and program coordination activities. The Program Analyst works closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to identify trends, evaluate program performance, support workforce planning efforts, and provide data‑driven recommendations that support contract requirements and customer objectives.

This role also assists with program documentation, policy implementation, customer reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Security Clearance:
Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT

DHS experience highly desired

• Support the planning, coordination, and daily operations of the Background Investigations Program.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, workforce, quality, production, and performance data.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct workforce forecasting, capacity planning, workload analysis, and resource allocation assessments.
• Prepare reports, program summaries, dashboards, presentations, briefing materials, and customer‑facing deliverables.
