We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Advisory Director to join the team in our Bethesda office.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected tobe thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to state, local, and quasi-governmental infrastructure owners on the planning, funding, delivery, oversight, and administration of major capital programs and infrastructure portfolios.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with current and prospective clients, identifying challenges and delivering solutions related to federally and state-funded infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead business development efforts, including opportunity identification, market engagement, client relationship development, pursuit strategy, and capture planning.
• Support our firm’s growth by helping define service offerings, target markets, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the firm through thought leadership initiatives, conference presentations, executive round tables, industry associations, and client briefings.
