LMX Aero Plan to Perform (PLP) Value Stream Business Area Representative (VSBAR) is a hybrid role requiring both business and technical acumen to support the PLP value stream and the 1

LMX Release 4 Go-Live. As part of LM’s overall strategic 1

LMX initiative, this position will play a significant role in evolving our capabilities and reshaping our operations.

Plan to Perform Value Stream Product Teams Include:1) Sales and Revenue Planning (LRP) and Contract Status Reports (CSR)2) Forward Pricing, Indirect Budgets and Incurred Cost Claim3) Establish Program / Project Structure4) Program Performance Management (PPM)5) Manufacturing EV (MEV)
The VSBAR role includes but is not limited to the following:

Leads the Plan to Perform value stream for Aero through Build/Implementation Process knowledge with an ability to gain an understanding of requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. of BA business processes

Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise Performance, F&BO and IT to meet both tactical and strategic objectives

Engages with other value stream leads, subject matter experts and 1

LMX program management to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolution

Empowered to make timely lower-level decisions

Driving all Functional Specifications to finalization

Testing (Functional Unit Test, String Test, Integration Test, test script writing, organization/ coordination, status tracking and defect resolution)
Defining Business Process and Business Roles Defining and creating End User Training Executing 1

LMX Planning and Status Tasks Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments is required.

Basic Qualifications

Experience with LRP, CSR, and other planning processes

Experience  thinking strategically and designing new processes and ways of working  Professional written and verbal communications experience

Experience coordinating and driving projects forward with a variety of stakeholders

Experience communicating and collaborating across diverse teams

Desired Skills Experience in financial project leadership
