Youth Activities Counselor

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Youth Activities Counselor (part time) to create a memorable experience for members by supervising their children while they're at the Club. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore takes great pride in selecting individuals who help us to achieve our Club's mission.

• Focus on social activities as well as sports-related activities for Golf, Tennis, and Fitness
• Supervise children and provide a safe, engaging, accident-free environment
• Help with organization and planning of our Tiger Cub Program
• Help plan and execute events
• Opening and closing duties in the Kids Room
• Collect and organize lost and found

• Ability to collect accurate information
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work weekends
