A highly respected, established construction firm based in the DC Metro Area is seeking a Preconstruction Manager &
Senior Preconstruction Manager to join their dynamic team.
As a recognized leader in the Northern Virginia market, this company is known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, with a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, entertainment, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. They offer a dynamic, collaborative work environment - with ample growth potential.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating within ground up and/or renovations $25M+
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines.
