Must have

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience
  • Previous involvement in go-to-customer or GTM roles within enterprise technology or SaaS
  • Expert-level technical knowledge of AI agents and their use in customer support settings
  • Proven ability to identify and articulate revenue-generating opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting performance metrics and dashboards
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across various organizational levels
  • Exceptional advocacy for AI adoption and customer success
Responsibilities
  • Own the complete journey to customer success with Zendesks AI solutions, managing initial adoption through to renewal
  • Serve as a technical authority, providing guidance on best practices for AI solution optimization
  • Enhance customer experience by driving AI adoption throughout the customer journey
  • Utilize analytics to understand AI performance, identify risks, and recognize growth opportunities
  • Leverage commercial acumen to spot and act on opportunities for expansion and renewal
  • Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with customer executives
  • Champion the value of Zendesks AI solutions, continuously promoting customer success stories
