Responsibilities

Residential Services Representative – The Camille Luxury Apartment Homes (a premier class A 181‑unit high‑rise community located in Downtown Bethesda, MD)

As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing customer service skills to help resolve resident issues and to build a strong, professional rapport with residents at the property
  • Taking ownership and managing the entire lease renewal process from start to finish
  • Working closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance requests are resolved and will follow‑up with residents to ensure their satisfaction
  • Providing ongoing support to the front office and assist them with administrative duties including data entry, ordering supplies, making copies of business correspondence, etc.
  • Making courtesy calls to all new residents to ensure they are satisfied with their decision to live at a Simpson community
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (real estate, retail, hotel/hospitality, etc.)
  • Previous leasing experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary
  • Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay Range: $19.20 - $22.66 per hour. This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
