Erickson Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; answer questions and handle inquiries efficiently;
Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch on-call personnel; page on-call physicians as needed in a calm manner;
Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents;
Maintain resident census information and track hospitalizations, deaths, and return status;
Log resident packages and notify residents for pick-up; manage mail and inter-office mail distribution
