The YMCA of Metropolitan Washington is one of the largest charities in the DC area. The Y serves as an anchor in the community offering programs and services encompassing youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

The YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Membership Service Representatives to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting membership sales, program registration, and daily front desk operations.

• Welcome members, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and respond to member questions.
• Process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and program registrations.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Manage facility access and guest passes.
• Maintain accurate membership records and perform data entry.
• Keep the front desk clean, organized, and professional.
• Promote YMCA programs, services, and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, or front desk experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
