• Perform needs assessments, strategic learning assessments, and other studies to focus learning needs and form the basis for curriculum development.
• Design and develop training plans including learning objectives, course outlines, case studies, measurement tools, study materials, on-line or presentation content, learning resources, job aids and other materials to support adult learning in highly technical areas.
• Develop training roadmaps and course maps for face-to-face, web-conference and e-learning.
• Research subject matter and interview subject matter experts to extract content that will be used from initial course design, development and delivery to include post-delivery evaluation.
• Provide on-going assistance and support to instructors and trainers.

• Advanced writing and editing skills.
• Excellent oral communication, presentation/training and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced skills in planning, organizing and self-management.
• Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages while meeting deadlines and standards.
• Precise, thorough, and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet searches.
• Knowledge of Clinical Research a plus.
