Library Operations Specialist; Senior

• Execute comprehensive reference, literature, and specialized database searches using academic journals, classified databases, and open‑source materials.
• Partner with Government librarians to identify research gaps, design structured search strategies, and compile bibliographies on specified national‑security and intelligence topics.
• Catalog, organize, preserve, and archive library materials to maintain physical and digital library collections.
• Analyze, package, and disseminate research findings to faculty and students, including providing actionable recommendations for further academic exploration.

• Bachelor's degree in Library Sciences.
• At least 5 years of experience in the library sciences field.
• Ability to monitor specialized areas, review documents, and assign metadata or tags.
• Ability to execute senior‑level guidance and translate strategic goals.
• Ability to conduct research and provide results in multiple formats.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.

• Master's degree in the subject area or related field.
