This position will support the Dean, Coordinator of Field Placements and Partnerships, and faculty in the School of Education with office management and School projects.
Education/ExperienceCurrent enrolled student at Stevenson University in good standing with the University, academically and judicially, with Federal Work Study eligibility. School of Education students preferred. Student must have at least a 2.5 GPA.
Knowledge/Skills/Ability- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Light work:
Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move object. Standing and/or sitting, walking, keyboarding, talking and hearing. Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal. Clear speaking voice.
- Provide support for office management of the Dean’s Office (including copying/scanning, inventory, organizing, and updating files)
- Provide support to the Academic Program Coordinators in their respective departments with digital data management, file organization, and campus deliveries
- Provide support for School of Education events, including but not limited to event set up/break down, designing event flyers, preparing materials, and booking event spaces
- Provide support for School of Education Portal and Social Media pages by collaborating with the Marketing and Digital Communications team to upload posts in agreement with Stevenson University standards
