Design with Ownership:

Lead and contribute to the structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, institutional, and parking structure projects—applying sound engineering judgment and code compliance throughout.

Stamp & Review Responsibility:

Prepare, review, and seal structural drawings and calculations while ensuring quality, constructability, and adherence to applicable codes and standards.

Technical Leadership:

Serve as a technical resource for junior engineers, reviewing work, offering guidance, and helping elevate overall design quality across the team.

Broad Project Exposure:

Work across a wide range of building types and construction values, gaining continued technical depth and variety without being siloed.

Collaborative Environment:

Partner closely with architects, contractors, and internal team members to deliver coordinated, well-executed structural designs.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 5–10+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience preparing structural calculations and construction documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Preferred (but not required)
  • Experience with structural analysis tools such as RAM, RISA, and ENERCALC
  • Prior experience reviewing and mentoring junior engineers
