The Opportunity - Workflow Manager, Surveillance
Location:
Bethesda, MD
Peraton is seeking an experienced Workflow Manager to join our Surveillance team. In this critical role, you will:
- Lead integrated BNATCS execution across radar, communications, weather, and surveillance domains.
- Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate with FAA governance, integrator, and OEM stakeholders, driving milestone reviews and decision forums.
- Ensure readiness for commissioning and operational turnover, supporting safe and efficient air traffic operations.

QualificationsRequirements:
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- 12+ years of experience in Project or Workflow Management, ideally with radar modernization or related aviation systems
- Proven expertise in Program Management, IMS, FAA Tech Ops coordination, Primavera/MS Project, and risk/dependency management
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years)

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
