• Assist in the capture and manage the planning, execution, and closeout of government/DOD programs
• Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
• Develop and execute risk management strategies for program-related projects
• Supervise Integrated Product Teams (IPT) across various engineering disciplines
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to assigned programs

• BS in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant DoD Program Management experience, preferably in CBRN/E field
• Experience managing programs with budgets between $20M and $100M, leading teams of over 20 individuals
• Knowledge of all aspects of the Program/Project life cycle from proposal development through closeout
• Must be able to obtain DoD SECRET security clearance

• MBA, PMP, or DAU Certification preferred
• Experience in management of programs developing Hardware/Software Systems for military applications
• Familiarity with Government Acquisition methods and terminologies
• Proficiency in Program Planning using IMP/IMS methods
• Existing DoD SECRET security clearance
