* What You Will Do:

** The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:
* Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert
* Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews
* Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners
* Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches
* Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program
* Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design
* Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program
* Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program's success

* What You Will Need:

*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
* Bachelors' degree in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field
* FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving quantum information science, quantum device physics, quantum sensing, quantum system modeling, and/or quantum control techniques
* TWO (2) or more years of experience with laboratory characterization or test platforms relevant to quantum systems, such as cryogenic test environments, optical/laser-based measurement systems, RF/microwave measurement tools, or qubit/device characterization setups
* TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Masters' degree or PhD in physics, applied physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, quantum information science, or closely related fields
* FOUR (4) or more years of experience with scientific and experimental programming languages/tools such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or languages used in quantum research (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
* TWO (2) or more years of experience with machine learning, optimization, signal processing, or statistical techniques relevant to quantum system characterization, noise mitigation, or control
* TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition
* Awareness of supply chain, security, and reliability considerations for quantum technologies and supporting hardware
* FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team
* ONE (1) or more years of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager The annual salary range for this position is $-$.
