Job Description
The Assistant Project manager will be reporting to an office in Bethesda and do 50% office work and spend 50% of time on job sites throughout the DMV. While on site, you are walking the site and getting updates on progress reports, delays, and any issues. You will then report these issues back to your higher up. You will also be managing the clients partnership throughout this project.
In the office, you will be completing change orders, helping with pre-construction work, and making necessary adjustments to project schedule and budget.

Skillsand Requirements
- 3 YOE minimum.
- Hands on experience while on site, good communication skills, experience with PROCORE, Microsoft project, Microsoft office tools as well as Bluebeam.
- Hands on general contractor experience as a project engineer, assistant project manager, or project manager for a smaller company.
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree, preferably relevant in engineering or construction management.
