Scopeofthe RoleAs Electrical Engineering Manager, you lead Vax’s advanced development electrical work from a standing start, building the technical direction and the team together.

- Drive sensor,motorcontrolandpowerelectronicsdevelopmentasthetechnicalcoreoftherole.
- Buildandtestproofofconceptsanddemonstratorsyourself,handsonatthebench.
- Leadsuppliertechnicalrelationships,includingsitevisitsandoccasionaloverseastravel.
- Recruit,buildandmentoranewinhouse
Advanced Electrical Engineeringteamfromscratch .
- Adegreein Electricalor Electronic Engineering ,Mechatronicsorequivalent,BEngorabove.
- Extensive experience in electronics and embedded systems, with depth in at least two of sensors, motor control and power electronics.
- A proven track record of hands on prototyping, building and testing proof of concepts rather than only reviewing others’ work.
- Experienceleadingatechnicalteam,orasenior
