To equip recent engineering graduates with diverse experience and knowledge across company disciplines, preparing them for leadership roles. - Tech Stack:
Microstation, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
- Program Participation:
Engage in a one-year rotational engineering program across three or four disciplines and offices to gain broad company understanding. - Technical Skill Development:
Learn to design and prepare construction drawings for civil, transportation, mechanical, water/wastewater, and utility projects. - Industry Understanding:
Gain knowledge of KCI services and the broader engineering consulting industry through practical experience. - Career Path Exploration:
Identify and align personal interests with various engineering disciplines and diverse career opportunities within KCI. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build relationships and collaborate with a diverse group of talented leaders across different company departments.
- Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Entry-Level. - Experience:
Minimum of 0-2 years’ experience;
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain it within one year. - Skills:
General knowledge of Microstation, AutoCAD, or Revit; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; good communication skills. - Bonus:
Appropriate professional certification preferred.
