We're partnered with a highly respected structural engineering firm in the North Bethesda area that is continuing to grow its building structures team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to step into a true Project Manager role with responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, technical oversight, and team development.

• Managing structural projects from concept through construction
• Overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Leading structural design, coordination, and quality control
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners
• Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Mentoring and supervising Project Engineers and junior staff
• Supporting proposals, client development, and new project pursuits
• Providing technical leadership and resolving design challenges throughout project delivery

• 7+ years of structural engineering experience
• Active PE license required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Strong building design and project delivery experience
• Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
• Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering design and construction
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
