Required Qualifications

- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to project finances.

Position SummaryPeraton is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide insightful financial analysis and guidance that drives informed decision-making across projects and corporate strategy. The Financial Analyst will examine financial data, market trends, and company reports to support investment decisions, budgetary planning, and overall organizational performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets to identify potential overruns and ensure fiscal discipline.
- Develop, maintain, and update complex financial models to simulate project scenarios, forecast cash flow, and estimate future revenues or expenditures.
- Perform regular variance analysis (Actual vs. Forecast) to investigate discrepancies in labor, materials, or equipment costs and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage the billing lifecycle, including client invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Evaluate project parameters to identify financial risks, such as currency fluctuations or supply chain cost changes, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations to advise management and support strategic decision-making.
