Overview
Noblis is seeking a Cleared Financial Analyst with IC experience and ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph in Bethesda, MD. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for and not limited to a wide range of IT budget, reporting, billing, and financial management activities.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive budget, reporting, billing, and financial management support for IT initiatives and projects.
- Compile, analyze, and record financial information related to IT operations and projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify and communicate cost avoidance and cost reduction opportunities within IT operations.
- Develop, implement, and manage financial planning processes for IT initiatives, including budget creation, monitoring, and forecasting.
- Create and maintain detailed financial reports that clearly communicate: actual/forecasted financial results, variances to plan and budget, key metrics and trends.
- Incorporate relevant metrics and data visualization into financial reports to highlight trends and support fact-based decision making.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality financial presentations for senior management that effectively communicate complex financial information and strategic issues.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate strategic business opportunities, providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align financial planning with organizational goals and technology initiatives.
- Monitor IT project expenditures against budgets and provide regular status updates to project teams and leadership.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for proposed IT investments and technology solutions.
- Support the annual budget planning process for IT departments, including preparation of budget justifications and documentation.
- Provide financial guidance and expertise to IT project managers throughout project life cycles.
- Experience providing support in budget, reporting, billing, and financial management for IT initiatives.
- Experience performing financial and business analyses; ability to compile, analyze, and record financial information and identify cost avoidance and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience developing, performing, and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for IT projects/initiatives.
- Experience developing and maintaining financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances; ability to incorporate metrics into reports to highlight trends and support decision making.
- Experience communicating financial information and strategic issues clearly; ability to produce high-quality presentations for senior management.
- Experience researching and evaluating strategic business opportunities.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
- Journeyman Level: Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 2 years of experience;
Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience;
High School with 9 years of experience. Compensation: $61,900 - $117,225. - Senior Level: Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 4 years of experience OR PhD with 2 years of experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience OR High School with 11 years of experience. Compensation: $90,700 - $141,775.
- Expert Level: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience OR Master’s Degree with 6 years of experience OR PhD with 4 years of experience OR Associate’s degree 11 years of experience OR High School with 14 years of experience. Compensation: $120,700 - $188,725.
- Education degree from an accredited institution in B-STEM field is highly desired.
- IC experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to independently conduct analysis to offer recommendations and solutions to resolve issues or improve methods.
