The Opportunity

This role offers a blend of core accounting responsibilities and operational exposure, giving you a seat at the table beyond just the numbers. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy while supporting process improvements as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including maintaining accurate financial records

+ Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

+ Prepare and analyze financial reports to support leadership decision-making

+ Own and maintain Quick Books entries and reporting integrity

+ Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking

+ Support month-end close activities and ongoing financial organization

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and efficiency

+ Serve as a point of contact for occasional inbound customer inquiries

Requirements

Experience with Quick Books and Excel in a hands-on accounting environment

+ Strong foundation in general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting

+ Ability to operate independently while prioritizing multiple deadlines

+ Clear communicator who can navigate both numbers and people comfortably

+ Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through

+ Exposure to a growing, operationally focused business environment is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

+ $75,000 - $90,000 base salary & discretionary bonus (commensurate with experience)

+ 401(k) with employer contribution
