Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, payment processing, and internal controls. This role will work closely with Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and banking partners to ensure accurate and efficient cash and payment activity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process payments through Kyriba and online banking platforms, troubleshooting issues and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Perform daily cash positioning, monitor liquidity, and assist with short-term cash management activities
• Manage Positive Pay and ACH exceptions across multiple banking platforms and accounts
• Support the opening, maintenance, and closure of corporate bank accounts in coordination with Treasury and Accounting
• Review bank account analysis statements, identify fee trends, and assist with efforts to reduce banking costs
• Maintain Kyriba bank integrations and troubleshoot file transmission or import issues
• Manage online banking access and user permissions, ensuring entitlements remain aligned with business needs
• Maintain payment templates in Kyriba and complete required callback verification before changes are made
• Initiate stop-payment requests and assist with other banking-related service needs
• Respond to internal and external audit requests involving treasury transactions, documentation, and banking access
• Maintain accurate bank account information across Kyriba, Yardi, and Paymode-X, researching and resolving discrepancies
• Support SOX compliance and ensure treasury processes follow established policies and internal controls
• Maintain treasury continuity documentation, including key contacts, procedures, and contingency plans
• Administer the corporate credit card program, including employee onboarding, user access, reporting, and ongoing maintenance
• Monitor and maintain commercial property tenant Letters of Credit, including tracking expiration dates and required documentation
• Assist with treasury projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and other ad hoc assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations, accounting, or a related function
• Experience with Kyriba or a similar treasury management system strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP and accounts payable platforms;
  Yardi and Paymode-X experience is a plus
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Understanding of payment processes, bank reconciliations, cash management, and internal controls
• Experience working with online banking platforms and bank account administration
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, research discrepancies, and work effectively across Accounting, Treasury, and AP teams
• Knowledge of SOX requirements and financial controls preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
