Compensation - BenefitsYou have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation³. Individual agent performance will determine your income. There are training subsidies available for qualified agents in your early stages. Benefits for eligible full-time agents include medical, dental, life, and long-term disability coverages, 401(k), and pension⁵

Responsibilities- Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
- Compile each client's financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Develop and expand relationships with clients
- Have a view to help every family member or individual, prioritize their financial goals, and develop financial snapshots through fact-finding
- Engage and educate clients on strategies so that they are prepared for the unexpected life events/circumstances they may encounter
- Develop and provide strategies that are suitable based on financial and goal objectives using the client-first mindset
- Grow your network by being you. Get involved in your community, social and professional groups
- Increase your industry knowledge by following the New York Life training curriculum and American College of Financial Services certifications
- Leverage marketing, social media, and AI tools to identify potential clients
- Be there when your clients need you most
- Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Track record of career growth
- Individuals who have drive and are self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings
