Branch Ambassador

• Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing

• Ensure security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory compliance

• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions

• Greet customers and provide exceptional hospitality throughout the branch

• Balance high-volume operational efficiency with community-focused service

• Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations

• Attend required training sessions

• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, with potential schedule changes

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Ability to attend all required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
• Associate’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficient in G-Suite preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred
