Graham Therapy and Fitness is looking for a fun, caring, friendly, fast-learning physical therapist in Bethesda, MD, who can handle ALL the duties of a physical therapist position.
Who we are looking forA health-conscious full-time physical therapist staff member. We welcome physical therapists with aspirations on leadership and camaraderie. We are growing and are looking for a PT who is excited about building his/her/their career.
This position is for you if you are looking to:- colspend a whole hour and more working with your patients
- be in a niche specialized physical therapy practice
- market your services and help educate the public about physical therapy
- advocate for physical therapy as a conservative treatment option for the scoliosis/kyphosis patient population
- practice with autonomy and being a self-starter

- If you crave learning new skills, sharing ideas and honing your craft.
- If you have (preferably) 1-3 years of experience and have perfected the art of creating rapport with your patients.

- If you enjoy using a manual therapy approach.
- If you delight in a highly physical form of physical therapy, using NDT like cuing as well as orthopedic manual therapy techniques and love guiding/nurturing patients to the finish line.
- If you enjoy puzzles, 3-D spatial awareness, planes of movement and complex physical therapy cases.
- If you are ready and excited to learn a new specialty skill set with on the job training that requires focus, and dedication similar to going back to school.
- On the job training in the specialty and protocols for working with scoliosis, kyphosis and posture.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Outpatient orthopedics or orthopedics and neuro: 1 year (Preferred, but entry level welcome to apply)
- License: Maryland PT (Required)
- Workplace Setting: Private Practice
- Job Type: Full-time
- Certification: CPR certified
- Location Requirement: Bethesda, MD – Relocate before starting work (Required)
- PT Compact: Willing to file for PT compact license as needed to meet the demands of our patient population when patient is out of state
- Required Traits: Hard worker, quick learner, fast action implementer, TEAM PLAYER, excellent communicator, extremely friendly, enjoys working with people of all ages
- Required Education: Master’s or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
