Take a Seat is working with a well-established, clinician-led ABA provider to hire a full-time BCBA for a center-based role in Maryland.

This opportunity is built for BCBAs who want to do good clinical work without burning out. You’ll be working in a collaborative, center-based setting, supporting young children with developmental delays, including those with autism spectrum disorder. The role focuses on assessment, program development, clinical oversight, and family collaboration. Strong systems and support are already in place, allowing you to spend your time where it matters — with clients and clinical decision-making.

Caseloads are intentionally kept small to ensure quality care and manageable days. Behavior Technicians are well-trained, and there is administrative support to reduce unnecessary workload. This is not a role where you’re expected to juggle excessive paperwork or constant crises.
