The Position:Neurotherapy and Clinic Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Neurotherapy and Clinic Assistant to provide a wide range of support and services to our patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the principles of psychiatry, neuroscience, and integrative medicine, all under the guidance of a board-certified psychiatrist. Whether you’re looking to grow within our clinic or seeking a foundation for a future career in medicine, nursing, psychology, neuroscience, mental health care, social work, or related fields, this position offers invaluable experience.
NeurotherapySupport
The assistant will run neuromodulation, qEEG, and other integrative care sessions. We will provide training in administrative neuromodulation and EEG collection.
Work Schedule- Staff generally work from 10 AM to 6 PM for three days a week, and from 11 AM to 7 PM for two days.
- Staff will work about 4 hours on Saturday, every other week. Weekday hours can be reduced on those weeks if needed.

- Conduct initial qEEG and functional brain testing.
- Administer neurofeedback training sessions for individual clients.
- Maintain patient files with diligence and care.
- Assist the patient care coordinator and clinic assistant with administrative tasks essential to clinic operations.
- Dispense nutritional supplements and manage supplement inventory.
- Offer email and phone support to patients.
- Maintain supplies and equipment for patient care.
- Assist staff in creating forms for data collection, training guides, and materials for presentations and conferences.
- Degree in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, biology, social work, or a related field.
- Work or volunteer experience in a mental health setting is a plus.
- A strong preference for applicants interested in a long-term commitment due to the significant training involved in neurotherapy techniques.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Empathetic and patient, especially with chronically ill individuals.
- Eager to learn new material in a challenging and innovative environment.

Salary will be commensurate with education and prior experience.
