Job summaryDhaka Technologies Limited is looking for five (5) Business Systems Analysts for one of our clients in Annapolis, Maryland. This is a Hybrid Full-Time position.
Essential FunctionsBusiness Analysis & Strategy:
- Develop and implement business analysis strategies that drive organizational change by aligning with the strategic vision.
- Coordinate closely with executive and senior leadership to define business objectives, influence decision-making, and align analysis with strategic goals.
- Manage large-scale initiatives by coordinating multiple cross-departmental stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work with upper management to drive strategy and implement new processes.
- Conduct workshops for system and functional impact analysis with corporate stakeholders.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with multiple business functions.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with healthcare compliance and standards (if applicable).
Software & Tools Expertise:
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence for project documentation and requirements management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and SQL-based data analysis.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, and other data management tools.
Data Analysis & Public Sector Experience (Preferred):
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Alation.
- Understanding of public sector dynamics, strategy, and market trends.
- Experience working with government healthcare systems (Medicare/Medicaid, MMIS, CMS regulations).
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and operational reporting.
Meet the following minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Manager.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and business process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users, vendor staff, and management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a related field (can substitute for 1 year of experience).
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Azure Storage Explorer, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and Solar Winds.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations.
