Location: Chantilly, VA

Job Type: Full-Time

Target Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000.

This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
• Install and image software on laptops and workstations.
• Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities.
• Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinate with management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
• Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
• Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes.
• Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include site surveys, hardware installs, software installs, hardware removal, and checking hardware for shipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• HS + 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• BS + 3 years of experience in Information Technology

• Experience troubleshooting Hardware/Software issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have active interim Secret clearance or higher.
• Must be able to travel to Washington, DC to deploy equipment.
• Must be able to type.
