ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Systems Engineer with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Lead a team of talented, and experienced engineers on new and ongoing projects
- Engage in hands-on technical work alongside the engineering team
- Perform direct technical troubleshooting and problem resolution in systems and infrastructure
- Coordinate with government engineers teams to ensure continuous operations
- Ensure continuous integration and deployment of projects updates
- Oversee day-to-day operations supporting the customer s acquisition support mission
- Manage personnel development and complete performance appraisals of AMERICAN SYSTEMS employees
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor s Degree and 5+ years of experience OR PhD and 2+ years of experience
- Technical experience supporting Information Assurance/Cybersecurity
- Leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience communicating with senior level customers
- Strong working knowledge of virtual computing including VMware
- Strong understanding of Test Plans and Development Plans
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $91,600.00/Yr.
- USD $/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
