Sr. DevOps Engineer

Overview

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Dev Ops Engineer to provide mission‑critical system support within the Intel Security Sector's Analysis Solutions Business Area. The role works closely with development and technology stakeholders to maintain, develop and support IC enterprise products in an Agile SAFe environment.

• Support software deployments, cloud infrastructure baselines, and operational availability of production systems
• Manage, build, configure, administer, operate, and maintain all Dev Ops environment components
• Define enterprise CI/CD processes and best practices
• Codify Dev Ops best practices across the enterprise
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate tool deployment to an AWS cloud environment and other tasks
• Scripting and maintaining build environments
• Work with project teams to integrate their products into the Dev Ops environment

• Experience setting up tools such as Git Hub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, or Katalon Studio
• Experience troubleshooting issues with two or more of those tools"
• Experience working within a software development team and supporting developers
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of relevant work experience or Master’s degree with 6 or more years (additional work experience may substitute)
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

• AWS Associate or Professional certification (Developer, Solution Architect, Sys Ops Administrator, Dev Ops Engineer)
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Vagrant, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/ECR)
• Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, Unix shell scripting
• Experience with Ansible or Puppet
