Most infrastructure roles keep systems running.
This one keeps patient care running.
At United Theranostics, we’re building the technology backbone for a fast-growing outpatient healthcare network delivering advanced theranostics and nuclear medicine across multiple sites.
We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Healthcare Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Engineer to own the cloud, networking, systems, identity, and security foundation behind our clinical operations.
What you’ll own- Multi‑cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Dev Ops, automation, and infrastructure reliability
- Enterprise networking and hybrid environments
- Identity and access management (Entra , AD, SSO, MFA)
- Cybersecurity controls in a HIPAA-regulated environment
- Endpoint and device management across clinic locations
- You’ll design, build, and run infrastructure that directly supports patient care every day.
A hands‑on technical leadership role for someone who prefers building and operating systems over managing from a distance. You’ll stay close to the infrastructure, solve real problems, and help scale a multi‑site healthcare environment.
What this role is notThis is not a Chief Security Officer or enterprise security governance role. We’re not looking for a policy‑only or executive security leader. We need a builder who stays close to the systems.
What we’re looking for- 14+ years in infrastructure, systems, networking, or cloud engineering
- Strong AWS, Azure, and/or GCP experience
- Background in Dev Ops, cloud architecture, or infrastructure engineering
- Experience in HIPAA or regulated environments
- Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and ownership mindset Why this role stands out
You won’t be optimizing infrastructure in isolation.
You’ll be building the systems that allow clinical teams to deliver care safely, reliably, and at scale.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and seeing your work directly impact patients, this is worth a conversation.
