About the RoleJoin Booz Allen as a Cyber Analytics and ML Developer, where you’ll architect, develop, and operationalize software solutions that perform large-scale cyber data analytics. You will apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You’ll mentor and potentially supervise team members, working independently and guiding the team without considerable direction.
Key Responsibilities- Model Development: Architect and deploy models using tools like Spark, Presto, XGBoost, Tensor Flow, and PyTorch. Enhance fraud detection models to protect millions of users.
- Feature Engineering: Propose new feature ideas, design real-time data pipelines, and integrate new signals into ML pipelines.
- Model Integration: Incorporate new models into Stripe’s core payment flow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data science, product management, infrastructure, and risk teams to execute projects.
- Code Quality: Ensure engineering outcomes meet high standards in code quality, system design, and scalability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers to help them grow.
- Innovation: Propose and implement innovative product ideas to reduce costs and combat fraud at Stripe.
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data research, or data engineering.
- Experience in cybersecurity or anti-fraud solutions, including developing engineering analysis, ML algorithms, data models, or architecture strategy for cyber or fraud defense.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Scala, or Python.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in developing and supporting cybersecurity solutions with data science or ML.
- Experience designing technical solutions and leading a team in implementation.
- Experience with penetration testing data, advanced threat hunting, or leading Red and Blue teams.
- Experience in architecting and designing novel analytic methods and cutting-edge ML methodologies.
- Experience in developing and engineering data workflows to merge disparate data sources and derive data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with SIEM technologies like Splunk or Elasticsearch.
- Ability to leverage various data science capabilities and languages, analyze and resolve critical data issues, and ensure data integrity.
- Master’s degree is a plus.

Compensation Salary Range$84,600 – $193,000 annually (USD).
