Position: All-Source Analyst (Production) - Senior

Opportunity

Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking an All-Source Analyst (Production) to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission. The analyst will produce comprehensive multi‑source intelligence and support operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence priorities.

Contract Status

Proposal Phase / Contingent Upon Award.

Security Clearance

Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. This position does not sponsor the clearance requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues across regional and functional topics.
  • Provide all‑source analytic support, including research, evaluation, deconfliction, and synthesis of single‑source classified reporting, technical intrusion data, open‑source information, and other relevant data.
  • Category and characterize cyber threats and malware trends, shifts, and techniques to inform analysis of cyber adversary activities.
  • Adhere to ODNI and DIA all‑source analytic tradecraft and standards, ensuring products meet or exceed ICD 203 analytic requirement guidelines.
  • Produce intelligence products and written or oral assessments that meet established standards, requiring minimal corrections from DIA reviewers.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with counterparts across the Intelligence Community, USCYBERCOM service components, other combatant commands, CNMF, DHS/NCSD, CERTS, and Information Assurance Centers.
  • Maintain awareness of current and emerging events within U.S. government systems and internationally to identify relationships to established analytic knowledge.
  • Document Operation Instructions and support development of command‑wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the government.
  • Enter validated entity information into MIDB or successor mechanisms such as SURGE.
  • Utilize intelligence production tools and databases such as Tripwire Analytic Capability, Intellipedia, MIDB, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, and others.
  • Deliver intelligence support to planning and operations, including all‑source JIPOE support to offensive and defensive cyber operations, production of cyber‑related intelligence estimates, and related analytic products.
  • Produce bulletins and briefs addressing threats, trends, and indicators, including changes in tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and technical trends targeting the DoDIN and U.S. critical infrastructure.
  • Support cyber‑related exercises with scenario development, white‑cell/role‑playing, and related support functions.
  • Respond promptly to J2 or other USCYBERCOM staff information requests.
  • Develop and present intelligence slides, in‑depth briefings, and presentations up to General Officer/Flag Officer level for USCYBERCOM staff.
  • Provide support for meetings regarding assigned areas of responsibility; attend meetings at the command and other government or cleared defense contractor facilities as required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s degree combined with an additional five years of senior experience, totaling 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
