In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing 1
LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs - Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1
LMX product - Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1
LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets - Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
- Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
- Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1
LMX products
- Project/Program Management experience in a Business Area
- Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- US Citizenship required due to system access

- Passion for learning emerging technologies and leading technical teams
- Certifications highly preferred: PMP certification

Pay RateAnnual base salary range: for most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York: $114,700 - $198,720. For other states: $99,700 - $175,835.
