In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing 1
  
  LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs
• Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1
  
  LMX product
• Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1
  
  LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
• Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
• Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1
  
  LMX products

• Project/Program Management experience in a Business Area
• Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
• Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
• Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
• Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• US Citizenship required due to system access

• Certifications highly preferred: PMP certification

Annual base salary range: for most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York: $114,700 - $198,720. For other states: $99,700 - $175,835.
