HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, Oracle EPM, Open Text xECM, Blackline, and Vertex.

• Managing 1
  
  LMX Program Management (PLP) build portfolio to ensure alignment to business needs
• Overseeing PLP build cost and deployment schedule
• Collaborating with IT product owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1
  
  LMX PLP transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
• Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identifying and resolving program problems, including allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
• Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1
  
  LMX products

• Minimum of 3 Years Project/Program Management experience
• Minimum of 3 Years Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
• Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
• Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
• Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
• Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
• Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• US Citizenship required due to system access

• Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
• Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
• Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment
• Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas
• Experience in 1
  
  LMX
• Strong relationship building with peers, customers, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while focusing on strategic outcomes
• Passion for learning emerging technologies and leading technical teams
• Certifications highly preferred: PMP certification

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,700 - $198,720, depending on location. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and market factors.
