Position: Healthcare (HC) Data Analyst with Security Clearance
Amentum provides a range of Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Commercial analytic and operational support, risk analysis, analytic outreach, red teaming, and event support services. This position is to build a pipeline for future work and is not a live opening.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Provides Data Analytic support for HC surveys (eg Lime Survey) and data calls
* Leads structuring data, natural language processing, database technologies, and machine learning algorithms.
* Ability to translate complex, technical, or analytic findings into an easily understood narrative - tell a story with the data in graphical, verbal, or written form.
* Uses analytical software to support quantitative and analytic efforts and workforce planning, including engagement with the Intelligence Community.
* Coordinates within government and across the IC for survey data
* Uses data tools such as Python, conduct R analysis, SPSS, display results via Tableau
* Interfaces with government stakeholders within HC, HRM), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, other task order PMs and DEIA Lead Required

Skills and Abilities:

* TS/SCI security clearance is required.
* Senior level experience with HR-related Data Analytics, to include support for HC surveys (eg Lime Survey) and data calls, structuring data, natural language processing, database technologies, and machine learning algorithms.
* Ability to translate complex, technical, or analytic findings into an easily understood narrative - tell a story with the data in graphical, verbal, or written form.
* Uses analytical software to support quantitative and analytic efforts and workforce planning, including engagement with the Intelligence Community.
* Highly proficient with data tools such as Python, conduct R analysis, SPSS, display results via Tableau.
* Excellent oral and written communications skills and expertise with MS Office tool suite.
