Tableau Server Administrator

* Description:

** As a Tableau Server Administrator, you will provide operational support for our Data Visualization community across the enterprise  You will ensure the underlying Tableau Server platform is stable, secure, and performant

Core Responsibilities:

- Administer and manage Tableau Server, including user management, content management, and server maintenance

- Engage with users to understand their needs and provide technical support, including setting up new external servers for classified environments

- Perform routine tasks such as changing passwords and ensuring compliance with security protocols

- Plan and execute upgrades to Tableau Server, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and deploy analytics solutions, dashboards, and stories

- Utilize Tableau Desktop to create and publish data visualizations, and provide training and support to users as needed

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tableau administration, data visualization, and business intelligence, with excellent communication and problem solving skills   In addition to supporting Tableau Server, the role will also have an opportunity to engage with and support other tools in our Enterprise Analytics Services portfolio including Alteryx and Databricks

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tableau Server Administrator

Experience with large multi node on prem deployments of Tableau

 Experience in Agile project management

 Experience managing complex IT services and environments in a fast paced environment

 Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

 Experience integrating Tableau with Alteryx and Databricks

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site  Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $107,300    $185,840  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
