Chief Data ArchitectCandidate must have a TS/SCI.
For over 40 years, DCCA has delivered a broad range of IT services to government agencies and commercial enterprises, helping them to maintain confidence in their IT infrastructure.
Key Tasks- Experience in developing enterprise data architectures, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards, utilizing emerging technologies such as data analytics, machine learning, and cloud‑based data storage.
- Experience with how to implement a data mesh architecture across a dynamic workforce.
- Providing subject matter expertise on data policy and governance materials.
- Drafting, editing, and facilitating the coordination of data policy and governance materials subject to Sponsor review and approval.
- Drafting, editing, and facilitating the coordination of processes for ODNI data sharing, analysis, and interoperability.
- Identifying and supporting opportunities to implement technologies that support data services and tools.
- Collaborating with Sponsor stakeholders, including organizing and facilitating governance activities related to governance boards and working groups, as necessary.
- Identifying opportunities and supporting initiatives to improve data acumen among the Sponsor workforce.
- Developing and implementing an ODNI Enterprise Data Architecture and ensuring its integration with the overall ODNI and IC enterprise architectures.
- Developing and implementing ODNI Enterprise Data Standards and metrics to identify and improve data normalization across the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience is required.
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $128,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
