Responsibilities
  • Lead the mission and act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, supporting application roadmap design and definition.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop implementation timelines within a tailored SAFe Agile Dev Sec Ops  environment.
  • Coordinate between internal systems engineers and multiple scrum teams to project customer priorities through the implementation lifecycle.
  • Perform systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, technical coordination, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate verification, validation, and fielding of system deliverables.
  • Evaluate alternatives for cost, risk, supportability, and total system impact.
  • Provide technical planning and coordination between agile teams and business needs.
Primary Qualifications
  • Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience with MS degree or 13–16 years with a Doctorate; or 11–15 years with equivalent technical experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and application of key tasks and high-impact assignments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading major technology initiatives, evaluating performance results, and recommending critical changes.
  • Experience supervising teams, negotiating complex scenarios, and resolving situations with predictable outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise‑centric policy, legal authority, and IT system audit requirements.
  • Experience developing recommendations within established guidelines and coordinating with government management.
  • Black Belt or equivalent certification in Lean Six Sigma or related optimization methodologies (desired).
