Principal Technical Scrum Team PM; SPM

Leidos has an opportunity for a Technical Scrum Team PM (SPM) in the Intel Security Sector's Analysis Solutions Business Area. This role leads software development teams, supports the Agile Release Train Program Manager, collaborates with product managers, and manages risk, coordination, verification, and deployment in a SAFe Agile Dev Sec Ops  environment.

Direct leadership and interaction with one or more software development teams, serving as a key customer liaison. Provides technical knowledge of complex system and application development, supports ART PM and TL in developing Epics, Features, and application roadmaps, leads product design, advises on prioritization, risk management, and implementation timelines, coordinates with internal systems engineers, manages verification, validation, deployments, and ensures customer priorities are planned through the lifecycle.

• A strategic thinker who understands requirements, foresees risks, makes decisions guided by policies, procedures, and a business plan with limited guidance, and collaborates across roles to define project goals.
• Execute project plans, ensure sensitivity to customer needs, resolve issues, capture and validate requirements, develop and manage project governance plans, schedules, team goals, success criteria, milestones, and budgets while mitigating limitations.
• Communicate complex concepts to customers and technical teammates, adjusting style to context.
• Apply judgement and tact to challenge, recommend, and redirect teams, and manage client expectations.
• Act as a strategic business partner, helping customers achieve mission outcomes and driving innovation through iterative feedback.
• Use agile delivery methodology to lead project teams, managing scope, schedule, and cost to achieve project goals.
• Track team work to completion of all deliverables accepted into a PI.
• Coordinate with team members and customer sets to ensure stories have all information needed to complete work and that necessary stories are created.
• Coordinate/sociate production changes and brief appropriate boards for deployment approval.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile practices, service‑oriented environments, development practices, and experience supervising others.
• Exposure to web and mobile application teams with comprehensive knowledge across key high‑impact tasks.
• Experience operating in SAFe and Agile frameworks, planning and leading major technology assignments.
• Ability to evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short‑term project growth and success.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (12+ years) preferred, with work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Clearance Required:
  
  TS/SCI with Polygraph.

• Safe Agilist Certification.
• Scrum Alliance Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience using SAFe as the agile development methodology.
• Previous software development or infrastructure experience.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
