- Requirements gathering and process analysis – Collaborate with federal staff and project team members to understand business needs, clarify current‑state processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate requirements into practical SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Excel‑based data analysis and reporting – Perform data aggregation, validation, and analysis using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and other analytical tools. Transform disparate data inputs into clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and summaries that support management insight and decision‑making.
- Website and content management support – Edit, format, and publish content for internal and public‑facing web environments, ensuring information is accurate, current, and organized in a user‑friendly manner. Support content refreshes, page updates, and basic website maintenance activities; familiarity with Drupal is required.
- Workflow documentation and process improvement – Develop and maintain clear workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other documentation to support repeatable, efficient, and compliant operations. Recommend improvements to existing processes and help implement more streamlined approaches using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and user support – Conduct solution testing, validate functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support user acceptance activities to ensure tools perform as intended. Provide responsive support to end users and resolve technical and content‑related issues.
- Governance, coordination, and stakeholder engagement – Work closely with NIH OCIO stakeholders and ICF team members to align solutions with organizational priorities, governance practices, and operational needs. Maintain sound information management practices, support adoption of collaboration tools, and communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly to project leadership.
