As a Business Systems Analyst, you will serve in a critical role working closely with business leaders and engineering teams to refine business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions while identifying opportunities to use AI tools to automate business processes, improve reporting, and streamline requirements, testing, and delivery activities.

Needs Assessment:
* Gather, document, and refine business and system requirements

* Use AI tools to support requirements gathering, documentation, workflow analysis, and automation opportunities across business processes

* Analyze issues, test solutions, and identify opportunities to use AI to create test plans, automate test cases, and improve solution validation

Qualifications:

*** 1–2 years of experience using AI tools to support business process automation, including requirements of documentation, workflow improvements, test planning, test case automation, data analysis, and reporting.
* Experience eliciting and documenting functional system requirements in partnership with project stakeholders.
* Experience developing test plans, creating and executing QA or automated test scripts, and validating system functionality through regression and scenario-based testing.

*** Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, a strong analytical ability, and a willingness to respond to ad hoc requests from customers in a timely manner.
* Must be able to work independently with limited supervision, perform under pressure, and multi-task.
** Preferred

Skills:

*** Candidate with or pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field/equivalent experience is preferred.
* Prior experience in insurance and knowledge on insurance products
* Agile/SAFE certifications.
* Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile project management practices.
* Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
* Knowledge of Data Management concepts, including data modeling, architecture, and data governance.
* Working knowledge of SQL is preferred
* Coding experience and the utilization of AI in code generation for the purpose of creating user interfaces and business support logic.
** Annual Salary**$64,575.00 - $The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.…
